[What we do · Four services]

Services.

AI automation first, with the website, management and local search around it: better customers, less admin. You don’t need to buy everything. I’ll recommend what fits.

AI Automation

Hand the repetitive work to AI: reading and sorting inquiries, drafting replies and follow-ups, scheduling, document collection, job handoffs and reminders. I first learn where the time goes, then validate a workflow around your existing tools, with you approving what matters.

My approach

  1. Learn how your business runsWe talk through your day to day, where the time goes and what keeps getting forgotten, so the automation is built around you.
  2. Build the workflowWorkflows are built in n8n, with AI steps for reading, sorting and drafting, and connected to the tools you already use, so you don’t have to learn a new system.
  3. Test every stepI test each form, AI step, notification and reminder, then explain how it works. You decide what the AI may send on its own.

Website Design

Homeowners see your best projects and know you’re the right fit. Your site explains your services, shows your completed work, answers the questions homeowners ask before calling, and makes it easy to get in touch.

My approach

  1. Review what you haveI look at your current site, your best projects and how inquiries reach you, then tell you what I’d change first.
  2. Plan before buildingYou see the page structure, visual direction and inquiry flow before anything is built, and approve it.
  3. Build and testI build the approved site, then test every form, link and mobile layout before it goes live. Hosting is on Cloudflare, so it loads fast, and you own everything.

Website Management

Your site stays accurate and up to date, without you chasing it. New projects, testimonials, service changes and hours get updated each month, and I check that forms, links and the mobile layout still work.

My approach

  1. Back up firstI never make major changes on your live site. I back it up, build changes separately and test them before publishing.
  2. Update each monthNew projects, testimonials, service changes and opening hours go in once a month, so the site matches the business.
  3. Check what mattersForms, links and the mobile layout get checked regularly, so a broken inquiry form doesn’t sit unnoticed.
Included
